Medical:  Choice of three comprehensive plans (two HMOs and one PPO)

Dental:  A comprehensive dental plan with a wide network of dentists and rich in network benefits.  The dental plan offers orthodontia coverage and four cleanings per year.

Vision:  Lenses (glasses, contact lenses, and exams once every 12 months)

Term Life Insurance and AD&D Insurance: 1 x base salary

401(k):  15% Company Match

Flexible Spending Accounts:  To provide an opportunity to pay for eligible health and child care expenses with pretax dollars

Stock Options:  All regular full-time employees receive stock options grants upon joining

Continuing Education Program:  80% Tuition Reimbursement

  • Holidays: In addition to observation of the typical holidays, NexBio observes an optional company shutdown between Christmas and New Years. This reward program depends on overall business achievements and has occurred in 2007, 2008

Employee Referral Bonus:  NexBio is always looking for qualified employees and appreciates recommendations made by existing employees.  Referral bonus is paid when a referred candidate joins for full time employment.
